By scheduling an appointment, completing a health intake form, or using any service at Bye Bye Fat Spa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all treatments offered at our studio, including cryolipolysis, body sculpting, cellulite treatments, and capillary therapy.

Bye Bye Fat Spa is a private boutique body sculpting studio in South Beach, Miami. We specialize in the following non-invasive aesthetic treatments:

• Cryolipolysis (Fat Freezing): FDA-cleared controlled cooling that permanently destroys fat cells in targeted areas such as abdomen, flanks, arms, and thighs
• Body Sculpting: combination of ultrasonic cavitation, radiofrequency, and lipo laser to redefine and contour your silhouette
• Cellulite Treatments: skin-smoothing therapies targeting texture, firmness, and dimpling
• Capillary Therapy: high-frequency scalp stimulation and botanical actives for thinning hair and hair loss

Every treatment begins with a personal consultation. We do not offer walk-in services. All sessions are by appointment only.

Appointments are available Thursday 4–7 PM, Saturday 9 AM–6 PM, and Sunday 10 AM–3 PM. To book, contact us via our website, WhatsApp, or by phone. Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us.

To get the most from your session, we recommend:

• Arriving 5–10 minutes early for your first visit to complete your health intake form
• Wearing loose, comfortable clothing to ensure easy access to treatment areas
• Staying well-hydrated before and after your session to support the body's natural elimination process
• Avoiding anti-inflammatory medications for a few days prior to cryolipolysis if possible

Because we hold a limited number of appointments each week and reserve your slot exclusively for you, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' advance notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session fee
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling your session at our discretion
• Clients with two or more no-shows may be required to pay a deposit to secure future bookings

All new clients are required to complete a health intake form before their first treatment. This is essential to ensure the safety and effectiveness of your session. Our treatments may not be suitable if you:

• Are pregnant, trying to conceive, or currently breastfeeding
• Have an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker or insulin pump
• Have active skin infections, open wounds, eczema, or psoriasis in the treatment area
• Have been diagnosed with cryoglobulinemia, cold urticaria, or Raynaud's disease (for cryolipolysis)
• Are undergoing active cancer treatment or have uncontrolled diabetes
• Have had recent surgery in or near the intended treatment area (within 6 months)

If any of the above apply, we may request written clearance from your physician before proceeding. Client safety always comes first.

Bye Bye Fat Spa provides aesthetic wellness services only. Our treatments are not medical procedures and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Cryolipolysis is a cosmetic fat reduction treatment — it is not a weight-loss solution and is not designed to treat obesity.

Individual results vary depending on the client's body composition, lifestyle, number of sessions, and the treated area. Typical cryolipolysis results include a 20–25% reduction of fat in the treated area, visible over 8–12 weeks as the body naturally processes and eliminates destroyed fat cells.

Temporary side effects such as redness, numbness, tingling, bruising, or mild swelling in the treated area are normal and typically resolve within a few hours to days.

Payment is collected at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards and cash. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We offer three structured treatment programs for clients targeting multiple areas or committing to a full cycle:

• Miami Slim Start: introductory program for first-time clients targeting one primary area
• Body Sculpt Pro: intermediate program combining multiple modalities for broader body contouring
• Ultimate Transformation: full treatment cycle for clients seeking comprehensive results across several areas

Prepaid packages and gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. All packages must be used within 12 months of purchase date.

By booking a treatment, you acknowledge that you have disclosed all relevant health information and that the session has been deemed appropriate for you based on your intake form. Bye Bye Fat Spa is not liable for adverse reactions that result from undisclosed medical conditions or contraindications.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific session or package. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

All content on this website — including the Bye Bye Fat Spa name, seahorse symbol, treatment descriptions, photography, copy, and design — is the exclusive property of Bye Bye Fat Spa and is protected under applicable U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy, publish, or distribute any content from this site without our prior written consent.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute arising from the use of our services or these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms and Conditions as our services evolve or as required by law. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. We recommend reviewing these terms before each new treatment cycle, as pricing, policies, and available services may change.
